Cafe's and Resturaunts
Melburnians love food!
Melbourne's thousands of restaurants and cafes feed the city's millions with nearly every cuisine imaginable.
Chapel Street
Fashion is definitely the key when it comes to chapel street, dressing up, fancy cars for a reason to make people look at you.
With so many different cafes for everything ranging from casual lunch, to dinner with fine wine's.
The eating facilities are there to suit that of the clients, fancy and fashionable.
Australia's first wave of Italian immigrants claimed this area many years ago and has remained that way ever since, even some of the original restaurants are still there.
Anything Italian is celebrated here, whether that be fashion, festivals food or special occasions like public holidays.
This strip is where you come for good old Italian cuisine.
China Town
Situated on Little Bourke Street in central Melbourne, Chinatown is a significant attraction of Melbourne, seeing little change over the years since the first Chinese came to make their fortunes on the goldfields.
China town is busy all day and all night and suits the hustle and bustle of the city.
There are so many little shops packed in to one tight area, it really adds to the atmosphere.
For anything asian cuisine, this is the place to be!

Street Art
every where you go, every lane way; there is some form of art.
I love graffiti pieces, NOT TAGS, actual graffiti art.
Public Transport
Melbourne's public transport system is easy to use and can get you just about anywhere in the city. It's fairly cheap and sometimes free, usually on time and all forms of transportation run quite regularly!
City Circle Tram
Vline
The Vline system consists of buses coaches and trains that take you almost anywhere in Victoria and other states.
Buses
There are over 500 bus routes through out melbourne, which means theres almost a bus for everwhere you are, which is very convenient. The busses are nicely air conditioned, easy to get onto and are generally in good condition. They're usually on time, without busses i wouldn't be able to get around, so i am very thankful for this service.
Tickets
The Metcard ticketing system is very easy to use and quite affordable.
There are only 3 zones in Victorias public transport system and they are, Zone 1, Zone 2 and Country areas.
I love metcards and will be very sad when they are taken over by a different system.
School Project
I'll be posting up our day's in the city and describing Melbourne,
which i still think to be the world's most livable city!
Enjoy :)
